What is Standard Growth Partners?

We're a done-for-you AI systems company. We build, integrate, and maintain custom AI agents for real estate professionals and business owners. Every agent is built specifically for the client's tools and workflow — not a generic product they log into.

How is this different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?

ChatGPT requires the user to manually prompt it every time. What we build runs automatically — triggered by their CRM, their inbox, their calendar. They don't have to remember to use it. It just works in the background while they focus on their actual job.

Do they need to change how they work?

No. We build around how they already operate. We learn their exact workflow, tools, and processes — then fit the automation into it. There's no new software to install or learn.

Common Questions

"Do I need to be technical to use this?"
No. We build everything. The client shows up to a 30-minute call, tells us how they work, and we handle the rest. Their experience is usually just opening a form link or having things happen automatically in the background. There's nothing to install or learn.
"What if I want to change or add agents later?"
Standard and Growth packages include a new agent added every quarter at no extra cost. If they want additional agents outside of that cadence, it's $1,000 per agent. We can also modify or tweak existing agents as part of monthly maintenance.
"What if an agent breaks or stops working?"
That's exactly what the monthly maintenance covers. APIs change, platforms update, workflows evolve — we monitor and fix all of that. The client has a dedicated contact they can reach when something needs attention.
"I already use ChatGPT — how is this different?"
ChatGPT requires manual prompting every time. What we build is automated — triggered by their CRM, their inbox, their calendar. The listing writer runs when they submit a form. The lead follow-up fires when a new lead comes in. They don't have to remember to use anything.
"How long does the build take?"
First agents go live within 72 hours of the onboarding call. The full package is delivered in 7–10 business days. For the Growth package or custom agents, add a few days.
"Can I cancel the monthly maintenance?"
Yes. There's no long-term lock-in on maintenance. The agents are built for them and remain theirs. If they cancel maintenance, the agents continue running — they just won't have support, updates, or new agents added. Most clients stay on because the maintenance is what keeps everything reliable.
"Do you have case studies or results from current clients?"
We're building our client base. The honest answer is we don't have published case studies yet — but we can do a live demo right now using their own listings or business data. That's more useful than a case study anyway because it shows them exactly what their output would look like.
"What if I want something not on the agent menu?"
We do custom builds. If they have a specific workflow they want automated that isn't covered by the standard library, we scope it and quote it separately. Check with the build team before quoting a price for custom work.
"Will this work with my CRM?"
Almost certainly yes. We work with all major real estate CRMs — Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive — and most small business tools. If they use something unusual, check with the build team before confirming.
